TOP 3 Thermal Protection Sprays for Hair

#1 WINNER! Nanoil Heat Protectant Spray

Nanoil Heat Protectant Spray

Well, there can only be one winner and I have no doubts it’s Nanoil’s spray. I love everything about this product. It’s brilliant – not only as a heat protectant against extreme temps. but also a superb conditioner and styling primer! Nanoil Heat Protectant Spray is rich in a very important ingredient for our hair. It’s silk which nourishes and strengthens, adding softness and shine. My hair has never been so lovely and manageable, plus it always stays naturally soft – not stiff, dry or coarse. On top of that, I love its amazing scent which also stays on my strands. Summing up:

#2 Kevin Murphy Ever Smooth Spray

I’m aware that many of you will cross it out as soon as you check the price, but those who aren’t scared of overspending can experience what Kevin Murphy’s products are like, and will definitely appreciate the spray’s strong protective properties and nourishing effect. It’s not a typical thermal protection spray, though. Its performance is activated by heat so the ingredients can guard and beautify the hair. It has great effects and ingredients. The designer bottle houses extracts from Australian trees: Blue Cypress and White Cypress work like AHA acids, protecting the hair and building its resilience. This spray proves a great choice for fragile, fine, tangling hair. It put an end to my frizzy strands.

Kevin Murphy Ever Smooth – Positives

  • Prevents frizzy and static flyaways.
  • Smooths and softens the hair.
  • Enhances healthy shine and hair colour.
  • Protects from heat and eases detangling.

Kevin Murphy Ever Smooth – Negatives

  • Costs a lot.
  • Doesn’t last long.

#3 Kemon And 13 Heat Spray

Good news: this spray doesn’t cost as much as Kevin Murphy’s but turns out to be a good heat protectant too. It doesn’t give me amazing hair shine like the above items but it definitely protects the hair effectively – mine didn’t get dry despite frequent blow drying and sun exposure. Kemon And 13 Heat Spray contains flavonoids from grape seeds – they prevent free radical damage and delay ageing. It’s also rich in ferulic acid which is an antioxidant and a brilliant UV filter. The formula also has some ingredients for an easier styling routine. I really like this spray. Even though it didn’t last me long, made my hair look dull at times and didn’t protect the strands from extreme temperatures, it definitely deserves to be noticed. Let’s sum up pros and cons.

Kemon And 13 Heat Spray – Positives

  • Protects from damage while heat styling.
  • Prevents free radical damage.
  • Reduces dryness of hair.
  • Brings out healthy shine and revives colour.

Kemon And 13 Heat Spray – Negatives

  • Doesn’t last long.
  • May leave the hair dull-looking.
